Where is the best open-faced turkey sandwich in San Francisco?

I'm interested in hearing the best and the worst, so I know what to avoid. Surely, there are some turkey aficionados that can help me out.

Tough question! What is it about an open-face turkey sandwich vs. turkey sandwich that is inspiring your quest?

Jenny is a big fan of the turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes combo that is most often presented as an open-faced turkey sandwich. We've tried some saloons and a few chain diners, but we really haven't found "the place" to enjoy this delicasy. Usually, for comfort food, it's Blue Plate or Chow or Home, but in this case, we're not sure. Is the open-faced turkey sandwich bound for oblivion????

Just had a great fresh turkey sandwich at the Bristol Farms Market in basement of the new Westfield Center's Food Court on Market street. Although not an open faced sandwich, it was very tasty and generous amount. Had cranberry sauce on the side. THey also had whold fresh baked pork sandwichs. THey carved the turkey right at the counter.
