What's a great festive holiday restaurant for a small company in NYC? Good food, fun times.

Looking for a festive holiday restaurant to take the company (small company, only 4 of us) where we can enjoy great food and atmosphere. Last year we went to Bouley and it was a wonderful experience, wanted to try Gramercy Tavern but no reservations available. Any great ideas, they'd be much appreciated. Thanks.

Blaue Gans on Chambers Street, Kurt Gutenbrunners Austrian Beisl. Fun atmo and relaxes service, food simple, sometimes good, sometimes mediocre, Great desserts.

Paris Commune. 99 Bank St At Greenwich St, 212-929-0509. If memory serves, they have a fireplace! Add that to the tasty food and good service and you have a recipe for Holiday Joy that will not disappoint.

I love this place, Sapa on 24th st.... nice atmosphere... amazing food. here's a link to it... http://realmeals.tv/?bcpid=315932786&bclid=164940823&bctid=285856590

You can always eat in the Tavern Room at Gramercy. It's first come, first served. I like the food and atmosphere in there better than the main dining room. If you arrive early or late (6ish, 9:30ish) the wait isn't usually more than fifteen minutes or so. But if you arrive just after everyone's arrived for the first seating, you'll be waiting a good hour. So it's important to plan accordingly.

If reservations are a must, you might want to try Blue Hill or Mas (Farmhouse), both in the Village. They're two of my favorites in the City.

CRAFT is really fun with 4 or more people - you can order a wide variety of food, the servers are knowledgeable and friendly and the wine list is great.

Back room at Tia Pol!

Fleur de Sel, superb French cooking in an intimate room for (NY) reasonable prices.
