Now that the remains of our Burning Bûche de Noël are in the ashcan, it's time for some year-end reflection.

What were your top 3 restaurants of 2006? Doesn't matter if they're high-end or low or whether they're new this year or old standbys. Also feel free to count "one-offs" too—you know, like if you only visited a place while on vacation or some such.
