Peking duck - Bay Area
I was in China recently on a tour, and we were served Peking duck in Beijing. However, it was a bit disappointing - the duck was dry and not really tender at all. One of our tour buddies informed us that the best Peking duck he had was actually in Berkeley. I can't remember the name of the restaurant, but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

The Yank Sing across from the Embarcadero Center has amazing Peking Duck, served not in pancakes, but in puffy white buns. Not cheap, and probably a queue, but really great stuff.

Koi Palace in Millbrae is good.

I think the place is call Great China Restaurant on Kittridge Street. It is pretty good but I don't know about the best. If you decide to go, make sure you call ahead to reserve a duck so they'll have it ready for you.
