Amount of food to make for 10 guests?
Is there a site that tells you the serving size for appetizers, sides, main courses and desserts? Every time I cook like this make way too much food. Thanks

@Cathy who are these guests? My guests eat more than that. Ask any italian 2 pounds of pasta is enough for 6 people who are hungry. These quantities amaze me. 2 cookies? Am I being punished? I guess I always overcook. Better to have too much than to have too little. I hate when there is no leftovers. There is something very spiritual about heaping plates of food.

I think that my Thanksgiving calculator may serve as a proxy for whatever meals you have in mind. (I also posted it at Instructables, so it was reposted several times.) The formulas take into account leftovers, if leftovers are desired. :)

Oh. I thought I was the only one who cooked for 20 when I'm having 10 guests. ;-} God forbid anyone should go away unstuffed.
