Regina Margherita Pizzeria

For those of us Mid-Western pizza lovers that long for a decent Neopolitan-style pizza, our options have become even more dismal. Regina Margherita Pizzeria in the Pittsburgh area has closed shop. This place had favorable reviews in Mr. Levine's book. Wood-fired brick oven, great ingredients, and an artist putting all of these elements together. The place had recently changed its name to Roberto's. After a two-hour car trip from Cleveland and finding the place closed, I was nothing but depressed. I emailed Roberto Caporuscio, the owner, and found he will reopen in Ridgewood, New Jersey very soon. The name of the new place is Mano Ciao Roberto, the address is 24 Franklin. The search continues for us pizza lovers in Ohio.
