PrintNoNo on 7th Ave in Park Slope?
It's a newish New Orleans–inspired place in the Slope. Near 7th Street. Just tried it for brunch. Pretty good chicken-fried steak. Has anyone else had experience there?

Is chicken-fried steak traditional New Orleans fare?

I don't know. I think it's traditional Southern fare but don't know if it's necessarily NO. It was pretty good there, though. Very nice, light and crisp batter and tender steak.
