The Amateur Gourmet raved about "A Voce" on his website (which I checked out after you mentioned him on yours), but do you think it's worthy of such acclaim?

I've had two very good meals at A Voce. I don't much like the room, though.

We had a birthday lunch there on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June. If I did it over, I'd go at night. The caverous dining room was barely populated at lunch, but you could still see the nighttime potential of the space with its big windows and a likely bigger crowd. Food was very good, and the Eames Aluminum Group chairs were still better.
