Ed, I have dinner plans for six tomorrow night and am trying to decide where to go. We're all on modest budgets and would like to find some place that isn't too noisy to talk and do some catching up over dinner and drinks. I'd like to do West Village, Chelsea, or something in that area. What do you and the community suggest for a group?
