After Ed recommended that I take my party of six to Bianca for dinner I called them up. I told them that Ed had sent me there and recommended I call ahead for such a large party. They said "no problem!" and were nice enough to set aside the room. I can say the food was great, especially the lasagna and zucchini blossoms that Ed recommended. I can say the atmosphere was nice. But I can't say enough about the service at Bianca. The host was incredibly accommodating, saying that if we didn't mind waiting just 5 minutes, he could put us in an even better seat up front, which was nice. Our server was friendly, polite, and had a great sense of humour. But most of all, they were patient! We had reservations for 7:30 and didn't leave until almost 10:00! Not once did they try and hurry us along. We had a wonderful time. My fellow diners said the gnocchi were light and fluffy and the tiramisu and chocolate cake they brought out, upon finding out that we were celebrating two birthdays in party, were heavenly. The best part? After 3 beers and a bottle of wine our entire bill was under $35 a person!! That's a deal... Thanks for the recommendation, Ed. While I won't be torturing Bianca with such a large group any time soon, I will be returning often.
