Jeff, I fear I'm too late. I'm up on the Cape and have nothing but a really slow dial-up connection, so I haven't been on-line very much. Where did you end up going? I probably would have steered you to Bianca, on Bleecker just west of Bowery. Very good moderately priced Italian restaurant.

Ed, thanks for the effort. We ended up going to Max (on Ave. B). Good meal, perfect atmosphere for the crowd, stinky service. Do you know the place?
