What do you do with Spaghetti Squash?

I've recently discovered that I like spaghetti squash and, more importantly, that my husband will eat it too. I tried a good recipe recently for Spaghetti Squash with a Spicy Meat Sauce (spicy in terms of cinnamon), and I'm wondering if anyone has other good recipes they would be willing to share...

Spaghetti Squash - 'Tis the Season

Yes, indeed. It is now the season for fresh young spaghetti squashes, for those with any interest in eating seasonally.

I detest the stuff. Can you persuade me to like it?

What to do with 50 lbs. of squash?

Here in the Midwest, squash is aplenty and I am picking up 50lbs of acorn/butternut squash later this week. What's your favorite squash recipe? Besides soup, what else have you made with squash?
