Migas - What's your favorite version?
I'm making migas for the first time this Sunday. I've read many different versions of the recipe and have an idea of what ingredients I want to use. However, the big sticking point is this: Some recipes use actual tortilla chips and some have you use regular corn tortillas cut into strips and sauteed for a bit.
