Hamburger Help in St. Petersburg, Russia!
Hi, I am currently staying in St Petersburg Russia for a month. I am having some serious USA withdrawls though and am desperate to find a place that sells hamburgers! I don't speak Russian yet so asking for one is much harder than necessary. Any help???

So, I am planning a reception for myself and my other half. Very low key, 30 people tops are attending, only our very close family and friends. We are having a barbeque. I want to make the perfect patty melt ... at home. They never seem to taste as good as they do at 3 a.m. on a Saturday night in some 24-hour diner, but I'm hoping to find the perfect recipe for a home cook.

I get hungry for a good hamburger but can't seem to find a place that makes one that doesn't taste like dogfood--does anyone else have this problem? I have tried to make

Saw a program about at CT restaurant, that has amazing burgers. made not on a bun but on white bread. No ketchup, or mustard, just a slice of tomato and onion. Any one know the name of the restaurant and town it is in?
