Leftover ham ideas?

I got waaaay too much ham for Sunday's feast and already have given some away. There's still half a hog left and I need some ideas quick.

Anyone got anything good to suggest?

Urgent! Recs for wine pairing with ham...

Red or white? Drink what you like? We've done chards and sav blancs with ham (honey-baked style) for so many years in the past, I'm thinking of doing a pinot noir or merlot this time. Is that too radical? We have a decent wine cellar, so I can pretty much grab anything at this point. We love wine, but are definitely not in the "wine snob" group.

With the kind of sweet/spicy flavors on a honeybaked ham, am I right-on or way-off with what I am proposing to pair with it? What else would you oenophiles recommend?

The Best Supermarket Holiday Ham

Is there a delicious ham widely available for the masses (me)? What do you think of spiral sliced? Water added? Country ham? Smoked? How is it best baked (not microwaved - hoo boy!) and what is your favorite glaze?
In other words, which would you buy and how would you prepare it?

bourbon glaze for ham

I have an untried recipe for 3/4 cup bourbon, 1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 brown sugar, and 1 T grated onion. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes for a bourbon glaze for ham?

What to serve with the ham? Something else perhaps.

I am making a ham for christmas day. I have someone bringing macaroni cheese but I need another side. I don't want to mash potatoes again. I have to do something with a potato. I think my baking marathon has tired my brain. Potatoes which way, bring it on......
