Remember the scene in Stranger Than Fiction when Will Ferrell's character brought Maggie Gyllenhaal that box filled with different types of flour? I want that! I can never ever find cake flour -- how about you all? And I live in NYC! Can anyone recommend a place to find different types of flour, or do I need to order online?

Cooking with kamut flour?

I had pancakes made with kamut flour and they were really good. Does anyone know anything about cooking with kamut flour or have any recipes? Thanks!

Internet advertised Pizza secrets...what is the flour?

I have seen the Pizza Secrets ad on the internet on a number of sites...She talks about her flour secret....does anyone know what this secret brand/flour type is? I do not want to purchase a worthless DVD....does anyone have an experience with this product? Should we purchase?? THANKS
