Best Burritos: What's your recipe?
What is *your* best burrito recipe? What is the recipe you like most that's from a cookbook?
One of my favorites is the Chipotle Chicken and Black Bean Burrito with Roasted Corn Salsa Fresca I made last night.
Out of a cookbook, I love Moosewood's Sweet Potato and Black Bean.
Frozen burritos: Anybody make their own?
I love Amy's frozen burritos for breakfast. I would like to make my own - simple filling of beans and rice already cooked, maybe a dab of cheese, and a flour tortilla - but worried about them getting soggy and not freezing well. Anybody make their own frozen burritos? (Weird question for this time of year, haha!)
Favorite Burrito in NYC?
I know NYC isn't supposed to be a burrito town, but I know there are some great ones in the city. I've recently experienced Kitchen Market and I'm in love. Any other suggestions?
