My sister and I are moving to Madrid for the next six months and we take off off in three days! Please tell me about your favorite restaurants in the city. Where should we be sure to go? Any other food related adventures we should go on?

Spain restaurants?

Traveling to Madrid and Barcelona in early October and would love restaurant recommendations. Lunch, dinner, tapas. Food quality and authenticity a priority. We want the best Spain has to offer, but as the locals see it.Thanks,Mark

Has Anyone Eaten at Ferran Adrià's El Bulli?

I just don't know anyone who has ... the always disputed #1 restaurant in the world.
