Something a little more exotic...
My little sous chefs are bugging me for more exotic food. I'm not talking about Andrew Zimmern type foods either! My husband is Mexican and I'm Italian, so we've got that covered. They want Indian, Korean, Chinese, ect. We have lots of ethnic stores in our area, I just don't know where to start. Cookbooks, websites? Please help me, before there's a riot at my house!

i bought a book call the great curries of indian. and on page 106 it called for 4th line it calls for chille past..up above there is no chile past. is it when you add the yogurt and cayenne together? i'm very blind in the indian cooking and needs some help, also it didn't say to put a cover on it in the oven also all together there were 9 onions but instructios 5 can you help this mama

sorry its been so long since Ive posted. I'm in Pushkar India right now headed to Jaipur. spent a few months tin the north eating momos and tibetan food. and then heaed south to gujarat and was eating spring from the Arabian sea! whata nice treat...has anyone else eaten wonderful indian dishes in india? would love to hear from this crowd!

Need an Indian restaurant in Brooklyn
My veggie teenage kids and their mob of unruly summer camp friends are going to see Mos' Def at the Brooklyn Academy of Music this Saturday. Does anyone know a solid Indian restaurant near BAM that is not too expensive and would seat 10 ruffians?
