U.S. Customs and Border Protection will swipe that Spanish jamon Iberico right outta your globetrotting fingers, no matter how fancy the hammy. While airport authorities have been vigilant on transporting certain delicacies (illicit ham, foie gras, Spanish chorizo, and Irish canned corned beef), they've been pretty lax on others.
