Tartine's quiche recipe is, unsurprisingly, simple but perfect. The incorporation of crème fraîche makes the custard irresistibly tastier and fluffier, almost like a savory dessert. Keeping the flavoring to thyme, salt, and pepper allows you really to appreciate the eggs and crust.
