Congratulations to Renu Devi, the winner of our Pepperidge FarmĀ® Puff Pastry Contest! Renu created Puff Pastry Horns filled with turkey, apple, cranberry and a cumin spice with organic carrots, radish and beet shavings in lime vinaigrette. Renu is originally from India and celebrates both Indian and American festivals. "The remarkable coincidence is that Diwali, the festival of lights happens to fall around the same time as Thanksgiving." She tried to create a treat that combines flavors from both Diwali and Thanksgiving. More
