Tired of the over-sweetened, quinine-less offerings from Schweppes and Canada Dry, the Wall Street Journal's Eric Felten looks for something completely new to spice up his cocktails: Italian sodas. Turning away from the traditional trio of tonic, ginger ale and cola, Felten proclaims that "Italian sodas present one of the great untapped fields of cocktail development in the States."
