Skillet: Airstream Trailer Retrofitted with Gourmet Kitchen

Robyn and Ed visited a mobile dessert truck earlier this week, but today our attention is drawn to Skillet, a vintage 1962 Airstream trailer that sets up shop in various Seattle neighborhoods and dishes up Kobe beef burgers with bacon jam, lemongrass braised pork sandwiches, and San Juan Islands hallibut tacos, among other awesome-sounding grub. Coffee Shops that Use Clover Coffee Brewers

A Very Large Paella, From Floyd Does Spain

It's certainly not the biggest paella in the world, as it says, but the paella from Keith Floyd's Floyd Does Spain is still rather large: "Chuck in a few tons of red and green peppers, about a kilo of finely-chopped garlic..."
