Ducks Eatery's Will Horowitz blew us away at The Brisket King of New York, so we had to track him to his tiny East Village space to see what else he was cooking up. "This is very much a personal project for us - it tells a story of where we're from," explains Will Horowitz, head chef of East Village newcomer, Ducks Eatery.
