Entertainment Weekly yesterday ran the list of chefs appearing on Top Chef Masters Season 2. Kelly Choi will return as host, and Gail Simmons will join James Oseland, Gael Greene, and Jay Rayner as a regular judge. Chef line-up appears after the jump.
