Leite's Culinaria chose Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals their 2006 Book of the Year, and now their Anne E. McBride has a thoughtful, informed interview with Pollan up on their site: "My hope is that if people have the knowledge, and if they actually see where their food comes from and have access to the information, they will make better ethical choices.
