My Pie Monday: Leyway's Wood-Fired Margherita Pizza

[Photograph: Leyway] I think we have another My Pizza Oven candidate in Leyway, who writes: A Neapolitan pizza, made with "00" flour, whole peeled tomatoes with a little red wine for flavor. Cheese is aged mozzarella; sorry couldn't afford the buffala or fior di latte. But still really good and tastes awesome. The pizza was baked in a wood-fired oven.
