Twin Burger Experiences in the Twin Cities

I flew to Minneapolis last week, and, in what could only be characterized as a total surprise, Sun Country Airlines served up an edible cheeseburger on my flight. The flight is only two and a half hours, so I was shocked we got anything beyond pretzels. The cheeseburger (right) was perfectly edible. It was basically a stripped-down McDonald's cheeseburger. In Minneapolis proper, a friend took me to 112 Eatery as part of a progressive, three-location dinner. The food at 112 Eatery was mostly very good, simple, full-flavored food skillfully cooked.
