It's that time of year again. As many of you who read or publish food blogs know, each year ChezPim.com organizes the Menu for Hope campaign, in which food bloggers from around the globe come together to help those who are less fortunate in an online charity raffle. At Pim's request, Serious Eats is helping out this year by serving as the East Coast USA regional host.
