This week on Street Food Profiles we scoot to Baltimore to chat with the Kooper's Chowhound Burger Wagon, an offshoot of the 12-year-old restaurant Kooper's Tavern, known for feeding hungry Baltimoreans the best burgers in town. On the truck, you can build your own gourmet burger with Angus beef, Kobe beef, free-range turkey, veggie, or bison patties, and then pile on the toppings.
