IHOP's Bacon and Cheddar Hash Brown Stack

The IHOP menu claims the Bacon and Cheddar Hash Brown Stack is composed of "golden hash browns topped with crisp diced bacon, melted cheddar cheese, sliced tomato, an over-medium egg, rich hollandaise sauce, and green onion." Only parts of this are accurate. The hash browns, for example, are not golden. They are white. Friends, have you ever eaten raw potato? Don't eat raw potato.

Free Pancakes at IHOP Tomorrow

As part of National Pancake Day tomorrow, February 24, participating IHOP restaurants will be giving out free short stacks of buttermilk pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.—no coupon or purchase necessary. Today is National Pancake Day at IHOP!

"Join IHOP to celebrate National Pancake Day (also known as Mardi Gras, or Shrove Tuesday) on Tuesday, February 20, 2007. From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., we’ll give you one free short stack (three) of our famous buttermilk pancakes. All we ask is that you consider making a donation to support local children’s hospitals through Children’s Miracle Network, or other local charities."
