EU To Ban "Superfoods"

New EU legislation going into effect this Sunday will hopefully make it easier for consumers to understand the health claims and benefits of foods. According to the BBC, the legislation will: "Ban the use of the term "superfood" unless it is accompanied by a specific authorized health claim that explains to consumers why the product is good for their health."
