Ever since I embraced portion control six months ago, and the pounds started coming off (almost forty in all) I have become a huge fan of Dove Miniatures. They're about three bites worth of ice cream and chocolate coating, and only sixty calories apiece. So if you're feeling randy you can even have 2.
