We've had these books sitting around the office for some time now, but we were waiting for apple season before featuring John T. Edge's Apple Pie: An American Story as a Cook the Book installment. Apple Pie is one of four books in a series that explores iconic American food (Donuts, Hamburgers & Fries, and Fried Chicken are the others).
