Bon Appétit, which has been based in Los Angeles since it was founded in 1975, is headed east. Condé Nast's chief executive officer said the move is for efficiency's sake, and while it may make sense for the company to consolidate its assets, they're losing longtime editor Barbara Fairchild in the process. Fairchild started as an editorial assistant at the magazine 32 years ago. More
