Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury┬« refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury┬« Crescent Recipe Creations┬« refrigerated seamless dough sheet
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 small Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Unroll crescent dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Roll edges to create crust edge.

  3. Pre-bake crust 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

  4. Top pre-baked crust with cheeses, tomatoes, onion, and parsley.

  5. Bake an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

  6. Cool on baking sheet for about 5 minutes, before slicing and serving.
