Think sandwiches are the only game in town when it comes to Thanksgiving leftovers? Think again. This hearty pizza uses common leftover items to create a meal that is fun and feast-worthy in its own right. Alter the toppings based on your preferences or what leftovers you have on hand.

  • 1 Refrigerated Pillsbury┬« Classic Pizza Crust
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 cup stuffing
  • 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup green beans, cut into pieces (from green bean casserole)
  • 3/4 cup turkey, cut into small pieces
  • 3/4 cup gravy
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Unroll the dough on a cookie sheet, and press to the edges so that it forms a large rectangle.
  3. Place the sheet with the dough in the preheated oven to pre-bake for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove the dough from the oven, but keep the oven on. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly along the surface, as you would tomato sauce.
  5. Scatter the mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green beans evenly on top of the cranberry sauce. Place the turkey on top of these toppings.
  6. In a steady stream, pour the gravy over the pizza in a zigzag pattern, making certain to evenly cover the pie. If desired, scatter the cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 10 more minutes, or until the edges of the crust are browned and the cheese has melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving hot.
