BLT Pizza
Who needs a sandwich when you can have a BLT on a pizza instead?

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine or butter lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 6 strips cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 can Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
Procedure
- Move oven rack to the center position and preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray 12-inch pizza pan or a 13 x 9 inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Unroll pizza dough and gently spread it out pressing it lightly into the pan. Brush dough with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes then add mozzarella cheese and bake until crust is golden around the edges and the cheese is 6 to 10 more minutes.
- Top with lettuce, tomato and bacon then drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Serve immediately.
