Joe Bastianich knows great food. The superstar restaurateur grew up working in his parents' Italian restaurant in Queens, and went on to open a constellation of hit New York City mainstay restaurants like Babbo, Lupa, Otto, and Del Posto, to name a few. He's conquered Las Vegas with B&B Ristorante and Carnevino, opened Pizzeria and Osteria Mozza out west in Los Angeles, and even brought his signature brand of hospitality to Hong Kong and Singapore.

Now, he's working with Progresso Artisan and setting his sights on the dinner table.

"I grew up eating Progresso, so I'm proud to partner with the beloved brand," said Bastianich. "Both the vegetable bisques and hearty soups compliment the most amazing meals. The new line of Artisan soups combines the delicious tastes Progresso is known for and the ones I grew up eating."

Progresso's Artisan Soup line features five flavorful soups that expand flavor boundaries and are crafted with real, quality ingredients. The new soups continue Progresso's rich culinary heritage and long-standing commitment to quality ingredients. What's more, their new Tetra Pak carton not only protects the great soups contained within, but also makes recycling easier. The unique carton is constructed mainly from paper and 70 percent of Tetra Pak cartons are made from selectively harvested and regrown trees.

Of course, the eco-friendly container wouldn't make a lick of difference if the soups weren't seriously delicious. The line features two vegetable bisques, the Creamy Tomato with Roasted Red Peppers, and the Masala Curry Butternut Squash. There are also hearty soups, like Rustic Tomato with Chicken and Dumplings, Creamy Potato with Sausage and Kale, and Smoky White Bean and Winter Vegetables. Each combines the best, most delicious ingredients, and are crafted with care.
