With all the channels on broadcast TV and cable—and the inevitable episode repeats—it's hard to sort out what's new or worthwhile. Let us sort it out for you so you don't miss anything worth watching. Times may vary with region; check your local listings for exact hour and channels.
Recommended shows: Wednesday night is the last of the two-part finale for Top Chef Season 4. The winner "will receive $100,000 in seed money to help open a restaurant, furnished by the makers of the Glad family of products; a feature in Food & Wine magazine; a showcase at the Annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen; a gourmet dream vacation in the French Alps; and will earn the title of 'Top Chef.'" Good Eats: "Popover Sometime." Alton Brown creates a variety of dishes from a breakfast treat to a dinner classic. 8 p.m. ET, Food Network
Tuesday (June 10)
Sesame Street: "The Missing Melon." Gabi has a picnic with Zoe and Telly when their honeydew melon goes missing. 7 a.m. ET, PBS
WordGirl: "Chuck E. Sneeze; Swap Meat." Wordgirl battles a cold while trying to stop Chuck the Evil Sandwich-Making Guy's latest plan. In the second half, the Butcher is making money from an auction of art forgeries. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS
Hell's Kitchen: The contestants are challenged to teach how to cook a gourmet dish. Afterwars, chefs Mark Peel and Ben Ford treat the challenge's winner to a one-on-one course. At dinner service, they struggle to manage a dozen appetizers, entrees, and desserts. 9 p.m. ET, FOX
Wednesday (June 11)
The Early Show: Chef Bobby Flay cooks on the show. 7 a.m. ET, CBS
Reading Rainbow: "The Robbery at the Diamond Dog Diner." The Robbery at the Diamond Dog Diner by Eileen Christelow, is the featured book this episode. Also, host Levar Burton tries his hand at short-order cooking at a diner, and there's a visit to a gourmet pasta maker. 2:30 p.m. ET, PBS
Top Chef: "Finale Part 2." Part 2 of the season finale! Lisa, Richard, and Stephanie remain. Who will be the Top Chef? 10 p.m. ET, Bravo
Friday (June 13)

Re: Top Chef...you list that Antonia is still in the running for Part 2. Is that right? I cannot believe it has taken me until now to get into that wonderful show!
