Michael Symon Taking Over Food Network's 'Dinner: Impossible'

The winner of last year's Next Iron Chef, Michael Symon, is set to start shooting episodes of Food Network's Dinner: Impossible. "This is my cup of tea," Symon tells cleveland.com. "Tell me something's impossible, that gets me going to prove you wrong."

Awesome.
I hope he laughs a lot. I love his laugh!

Interesting - Today I saw a commercial for DI and it still featured that other guy...that's funny, I can't remember his name already!

Biceps, sexy voice, and messed-up situations? Heaven! Set the DVR!

We luvs some Michael. We cheered for him during Iron Chef. Maybe now we can see some great cooking.

Great news, as I love me some Michael TOO! Can't believe I didn't have him on my list on that other thread about chefs we'd sleep with... ;-)

FANTASTIC choice. Go Michael. You're the complete package. I bet you could make this show the #1 show piece of The Food Network........Mark

Now I'll watch!

Perfect choice...this should be fun! I quit watching DI before the whole debacle started, didn't find Irvine entertaining or that creative. Michael is more my cup of tea...

Hmmm..Isn't this the show that the Englishman with the huge biceps used to be on? Irving something or other??

Great news... I will be definitely watching Michael Symon now!!!

I'm still back on that "Chefs I'd sleep with" thing! Anyhoo ... I couldn't think of anyone better for DI! After rooting for him as the next Iron Chef, I think he's got the personality and the skills to do a great job. Plus he seems to really have a great time doing what he does, and he can laugh at his mistakes. I anxiously await his debut.
