Everyday Food: "Chicken Cookery." It's all about chicken this episode! Featured recipes are chicken wings in a crust of crushed corn tortilla chips, chicken with ginger, chicken roll-ups with crumbled goat cheese and arugula, barbecued chicken drumsticks, and hunter-style chicken. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS
