Dirty Jobs: "Dairy Cow Midwife." Mike is in Indiana at a dairy farm. There he learns how to milk a cow and use a blow torch(!) to clean her udders. He then learns how to inseminate a cow and delivers baby calves. 9 p.m. ET, Discovery Channel

Last Restaurant Standing: Episode 13. Raymond makes surprise visits to the couples' restaurants. He examines every aspect of their restaurants and how they're being run. Hell's Kitchen: The contestants compete to make the best gourmet pizza. The winners will enjoy a gourmet meal in Santa Barbara and the losers will have to take and deliver pizza orders. 9 p.m. ET, FOX

Martha Stewart Show: Mario Batali shares some grilled Italian treats: focaccina bread with roasted garlic, grilled clams in cartoccio, and fresh robiola cheese wrapped in mortadella. 1 p.m. ET, NBC and 8 p.m. ET, Fine Living Network
Top Chef: "Common Threads." The chefs are challenged with using a sole ingredient into a healthy meal. To add to the challenge, they must use only a microwave. Chef Art Smith is the guest judge. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo
