Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern: "Iceland." Andrew is in the land of glaciers, hot springs, geysers, and volcanoes to find out of this world food. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel

Charlie Rose: Charlie Rose interviews Thomas Keller, chef and owner of French Laundry. 11:30 p.m. ET, PBS

Ace of Cakes: "Celebration Week." The crew makes a tuning fork cake for the doctor who helped restore a man's hearing, a coffee and cocktail themed 21st Birthday Cake, and a Bicentennial Clock Tower Cake celebrating the 200th anniversary of Mount Saint Mary's University. 10:30 p.m. ET, Food Network
