I love a good ribeye!

The Flat Iron steak. Almost as tender as tenderloin, but with more flavor.

Prime Rib- Walk it in!

filet mignon

porterhouse

filet, all the way!

Melt in your mouth Medallions.

For grilling, nothing beats Porterhouse. You get the best of both worlds, a bit of the Filet and a bit of Sirlion. That said, Seven Bone Chuck Steak is absolutely delicious as well and when I'm in the mood for something a little more rustic, a well-marinated flank steak is terrific. Rib eyes are nice but too much work, although perfect as a roast. Finally, I don't know what they are called but BJs sells a cut of meat that looks like it's a bit of the flank but it is super tender and grills up beautifully. Now if I am not grilling, then I like either a simple strip steak or a filet that I can finish in the oven. Or when it is snowing, nothing beats braising a nice thick chuck steak in beef consume and veggies. I'm not sure if it counts as "steak" but it is delicious.

coincidentally, porterhouse

flank steak!

My favorite is filet mignon.

You know what, I'm going to up the ante here and add to my post that if we are voting for our dream steak, I'm going to still say Porterhouse but clarify it with....
Kobe Porterhouse.
