The Pizza No One's Been Dying To Try

What's a None Pizza with Left Beef? Very, very sad.

My question is if you turn it around the beef is on the right. My grandmother would have "wacked" us for even saying a thing like that.
Domino's OMG Robyn, come on please stop your killing me here LOL!!!
Adam do something for Robyn order her a good pizza!!!

when in college, i lived next to a domino's and needless to say, i ate there a lot. i had to go to school super early one day, and as i approached, the domino's semi was there, and they were unloading the boxes of supplies.

as i walked past, one of the boxes caught my eye. it was a box of beef. on the side of the box, it said "USDA Grade D beef - but edible."

"BUT EDIBLE!!!"

it was a horrifying moment of truth. i guess i shouldnt have been surprised, but still, it's quite disconcerting to realize that they serve the lowest quality of beef thats legal for human consumption. i have never eaten from domino's again, nor will i ever, and i have reduced my consumption of fast food to almost zero since then.

they are quite literally feeding us garbage, and it's not even like it's all that cheap compared to real food. this post was very funny, but the reality is, places like domino's should be boycotted. they are pure evil.

That's great! A great laugh for a boring afternoon, and a truly sad looking pizza. LOL!

You know, I've played with that very feature but never actually committed to the purchase. I'm glad someone did. It's exactly as I would have expected.

so funny. that left beef pizza is hilarious.

seyo - that's a funny joke but totally fabricated. The USDA doesn't grade beef that way. There are no letter grades, just names, which are in order "Prime, Choice, Select, Standard, Commercial, Utility, Cutter, and Canner".

I agree Dominoes is gross, but c'mon, don't make stuff up.

Left beef? Freakin' hilarious!

you have no sense of humor.

seriously though, i'm not making it up. I saw it with my own eyes. The grading you refer to is for marbling. The USDA does in fact have letter grading for beef, the grading refers to the age of the cows before they were slaughtered. A is for the youngest (<30 months) and on down through E (>96 months). Grade D beef is between 72 and 96 months. The older the carcass, the lower the quality of the meat and the marbling of fats. The highest quality that a grade D carcass can be is Utility. Only grade E is worse. So maybe you're right, I was being too hard on domino's. It isnt garbage, so go ahead, eat up!

oops, A is < 30 months, E is >96 months.

Oh that was a good one, loved the left beef :)

How do you guys ever find these hilarious "Quick Bites"---keep it up!

arrgh, stupid carrot brackets! ok, here it is finally: grade A beef is less than 30 months old, grade E is greater than 96 months. Grade D is between 76 and 96 months old. There.

(Sorry for all these posts. in the future, I wont use carrot brackets for greater than or less than, unless the html parsing can be fixed)

Seyo: Just saw that your comments were getting canned out due to the carrots. Went in and fixed those. Sorry!

ZOMG! One time I was really ornery and feeling like a jerk and also had a friend over who doesn't take nothing from nobody and when we ordered a pizza online with LEFT sausage and it came on the right we decided to call and complain. They were so confused/horrified/wanted to get us off the phone that they gave us a free pizza coupon. It was AMAZING! Lesson learned: whining and complaining and being a jerk = free stuff!

that was hysterical...I sooo want to order a none pizza with left beef, lol.

Oh my gosh, I needed a good laugh and it definitely gave me that. I was confused as to what you meant by "none pizza, beef on the left" but when I saw that sad, sad pizza I was in tears. Showed it to my roommate and she had a good laugh as well. Oh goodness, I NEED to try that now :) Way to go, Robyn Lee!

too funny, now I've got to check if I have a dominos in my town so I can order up some none pizza with left beef.
