As I sit at my desk covered in matzah crumbs, this video is fantastically appropriate! A bit too much work for a piece of matzah, but an excellent technique (and party trick)!

That's awesome! Waaaayyy to involved, though. I'd just take two WHOLE pieces and spread...whatever the heck that was on it to make a sandwich.
