This recipe adds a hefty dose of bitters to London dry gin, making for richer, spicier take on the classic Pink Gin.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces London dry gin
- 15 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Directions

Add gin and bitters to a mixing glass. Fill 2/3 with ice and stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with the lemon twist and serve.
