Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffin Cake

This recipe makes lovely muffins. For muffins, divide batter evenly among 16 paper-lined muffin cavities. Bake until muffins are golden brown and spring back to the touch (a cake tester inserted into the center of a muffin should come out clean), about 25 minutes.
